'Raunchy comedy sequel Horrible Bosses 2 opened to $11.7M in 42 markets over the weekend — four of which were major territories. Total admissions were approximately 1.87M from over 4,900 screens. Russia opened well for a comedy with $2.3M on 1,050 screens and ranking No. 3. The UK grossed $2M on 628 screens for 4th place. Germany took $1M from 425 screens, also a No. 4 rank, and Mexico kidnapped $1.13M on 935 screens for No. 3. Upcoming releases include Brazil next week followed by Australia, France, Spain and Italy.'

"Horrible Bosses 2 added an estimated $7.1M this weekend in 49 markets. The cume to date is $23.1M with Brazil opening this frame to $1.2M on 345 screens to rank No. 3. Comparing three-day results, Warner Bros says HB2 outgrossed HB1 by 53%. In the UK, the cume is now $4.2M while Russia is worth $2.9M and Germany is holding well with a $2M cume"

"Horrible Bosses 2 kidnapped a further $5.9M this frame in 50 territories. The overseas cume is now $32.3M for the comedy sequel. Australia, which doesn’t get Five Armies falling in until the end of the month, opened to No. 1 with $2.2M, including sneaks, on 355 screens. The UK is still tops with a $5.1M cume after three weeks."

"Those Horrible Bosses snatched a further $2.7M this frame from 1,945 screens in 49 markets. The international cume to date on the sequel is now $37.2M. Australia held with $988K in its 2nd frame for a cume of $3.8M. Warner Bros notes the holiday season (which also falls during Oz summer) is afoot with no other comedies on the horizon – then again, Warner’s own Hobbit plants its big feet into the market next week."

"Horrible Bosses 2 hit $100 million worldwide over the weekend. The comedy took $2.9 million from 36 markets, taking its overseas cume to $47 million. Top overseas performers include the UK ($5.9M), Australia ($5.3M), Germany ($3.6M), Russia ($3.3M), Brazil ($2.7M), and France ($1.7M). The film expands to Italy next weekend.

Horrible Bosses 2 raised another $1.1M on 841 screens in 30 territories. Warner Bros has the international cume at $51.5M, noting last week’s reported cume of $51.4M was down to a technical error.
