He's not a bankable name at all and has basically disappeared since High School Musical ended, so no.

 

As for who should play against Zac, I'd go with Ryan Gosling. I doubt it'll happen, but the idea of them making a The Heat-style buddy comedy (in which the chemistry between the unlikely pairing is the big selling point) alone sounds like a blast.
