Well now it looks like DC19 is going to get over 4.2 billion Yen (assuming DC is good enough to get a X5 of its OW, which I guess it would be) at the end of its run, making it the highest grossing among DC movies and it is surprising how the 19th movie gets to be the highest grossing DC movie.

Fuck youuuuuu Japan

 

Japan is a market that can handle multiple big movies. You saw last weekend with DBZ and Conan breaking out huge but F7 still did great. I would not worry about competition.

 

I still feel A2 is dropping in Yen in Japan as sequels drop here plus 3d percentage will be negligible. On top of it currency is like 25% weaker. I am not seeing more than 25m in Japan.
