Rsyu
So Exodus is almost dead already? It looks like it will end doing 15% less than Noah in SK Sorry, I hadn't modified exodus' dollar cume in a while (couldn't be bothered) and it was way off. Fixed it now & I think it will finish closer to 20% less than Noah. Next weeks releases will be the final nail.

Rsyu
Weekend Review (12/19~12/21) Weekend Ranking (Fri-Sun) 01. 1,135,678 (1,552,473) Ode to my father 02. 975,433 (1,318,861) Battle of the Five Armies 03. 765,025 (2,399,026) My Love don't cross that river 04. 117,798 (9,938,308) Interstellar 05. 53,846 (148,741) Pororo, The Snow fairy village adventure > Ode to my father (국제시장) finished the weekend on top with 1.55 million admissions. Since it debuted second on its opening day, ode to my father claimed the top spot at the box office at the expense of Five armies. Pre-release it had been described as the Korean version of Forrest Gump, describing the life events of a man and father over several decades. Although critics have been largely negative towards this film, the response from the general audience has been a lot more positive. It currently holds a netizen score of 9.19/10 and an audience score of 9.33 both of which has risen since its release. Its Sunday number increasing over Saturday is something that usually happens with films that have good word of mouth building up. I think pre-release expectations for it being the next 10 million admissions film were somewhat misplaced but if it holds well in the upcoming week, I can see it potentially gathering over 5 million admissions which should make it the most successful film for Hwang Jung-min to date. > The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies lost it's place at the top of the box office just the day after its OD but still managed to open with a respectable 5 day opening of 1.32 million admissions and $10.2 million gross. It was marketed heavily in the days leading up to its release and had led the presales charts by a considerable margin on its opening day. It's the biggest opening of the Hobbit series and with the unfavourable exchange rate and word of mouth while not spectacular seems to be solid. > My love don't cross that river continued its trend of every week since its release increasing over the preceding one. This weeks increase is even more impressive when you consider that it opened against Ode to my father and five armies. At its current pace it is locked to beat Old Partner to become the most successful documentary film ever. It has already grossed 156 times its production budget which is just an insane return for any film. >Interstellar finished the week with a tally of 9.94 million admissions, leaving it just 60K admissions below a historic landmark. It lost a lot of showtimes this week due to two major releases and the continuing strong performance of my love don't cross that river, but the showtimes it held on to continued to have a high seat saturation, especially during the weekends. It will be at around 9.97 million admissions before the big releases this week, so 10 million admissions will be crossed during next weekend. Next week top 5 predictions 01. Ode to my father 02. The Con Artists 03. The Hobbit: The Battle of the five armies 04. The Royal Tailor 05. My love don't cross that river
