Lol oh please let him hate I have to scroll thorough pages of the same people bringing up their hate/distain for BvS/MOS in just about every damn thread I go into. I like to hear news about Thor instead I have to skim through pages of how it looks soooooo much better then JL and will out perform it in every area because of BvS (insert tone sucked/movie made no sense, CW was soooo much better) I go into the weekend thread same thing hell the JL thread has been locked because guess what the same few people have to give the same opinion about their hate distain for Snyder and how he treated superman or how he single handily ruined BvS.

I would read the book but honestly you may just want to go in and experience the movie and then read the book after but if it is within the next few days you would really be a champ for reading the whole book and the book if you haven't read it before shouldn't be something that you rush, as far as the miniseries there would really be nothing gained from watching expect Tim Curry's performance as IT imo because it is chessy and actually quite goofy. But if you don't read the book before def read it after.

Finally saw Annabelle and my goodness that clip. I didn't think I could get anymore hyped for this film. That was just flat out disturbing no jump scares pure creepiness and how good IT sounded. Me and my gf that is all we talked about on the ride home we haven't even given Annabelle a second thought. Now she wants to read the book cannot wait to see this.

I'm pretty sure WB doesn't want IT destroying the hype they currently have for Annabelle. Imagine if the reviews started coming in and IT is sitting at 100% on RT that would swallow up all the headlines that could be for Annabelle. So I wouldn't look to much into why we aren't hearing of screenings for IT yet.

Clearly you missed the point. If they didn't report anything what numbers would we be talking about in this thread? Who cares how absurd you might think the numbers are it gives us something to debate and talk about. If you don't like the numbers they announced fine but it gives everyone something to talk about whether if the numbers will go up what kind of break down the movie could have ect.

I don't understand the hate for deadline like who cares how early they release their numbers it gives us something to discuss. Like regardless of what they say the numbers will come out what they are whether it be higher or lower in this case I fully expect something closer to 50M for the day but seriously think about it what would we be discussing if we never got these early estimates. This is a box office site after all.

It's finally over what a great way to end the show. The Leftovers has cemented itself as my favorite show ever topping the wire.

Just got out give this like a 6.5/10 had some great sequences but the whole film just felt really blah to me and left far more questions then it answered. I think it is time for Scott to hand the franchise over to someone else. -
1. IT 2. Blade Runner 3. Justice League 4. Star Wars 5. Wonder Woman 6. Thor 7. War of the Planet of the Apes 8. Dunkirk 9. Alien 10. The Dark Tower

I thought that was the plan before Ron Howard left the project, I didn't think Sony was still going through with it that way because when Howard was still pushing the project it was book 1 was the first film books 2-3 would be on HBO book 4 was going to a 2 hour like mini series event on ABC/NBC book 5/6 would be one film combined and finally 7 would be the epic finale. And clearly they are borrowing elements from books 1,2 and 3 which means they can make as many or as few sequels as they would want with the way they are going with it.
