Another fantastic weekend!! Best Saturday of the year so far!!

Inside Out is doing really good (around 10% bigger than Frozen at the same time of its run). It passed 1m admissions in just 11 days. It had the second best second weekend for the year behind FF7.

Top second weekends 2015

1 Fast & Furious 7 649304 2nd Weekend
2 Inside Out 432639 2nd Weekend
3 The Avengers 2: Age of Ultron 376754 2nd Weekend
4 Jurassic World 321855 2nd Weekend
5 San Andreas 241449 2nd Weekend
6 Fifty Shades of Grey 208200 2nd Weekend

Jurassic World also had a nice drop, only 22%. Better than AoU by more than 10%!!

Top third weekends 2015:

1 Fast & Furious 7 390267 3rd Weekend
2 Jurassic World 255713 3rd Weekend
3 The Avengers 2: Age of Ultron 225525 3rd Weekend

Dragon Ball Z 2 won Thursday but it deflated pretty soon and ended the weekend on third place. Back in 2013 Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods sold 503k admissions by the end of its run. Would this sequel be able to reach that? It should!

I thought DBZ would have sold more tickets than that but the gross is an improvement though. This site says it did $1.45 million. I don't know if it'll reach the $3 million the last one did.

Edit: What I don't get is that the the articles say it's made $1.5 million from 155 screens but Ultracine shows it at being on 186 screens.

cinesargentinos.com also said it was going to open in 155 screen. Probably after the very good OD some screens were added during the weekend.
