Biggestgeekever
It's probably not a good sign that the studio is making such a huge fucking deal out of how packed a bunch of FREE screenings were. "Did you see the size of our crowds at the screenings? They were huge!"

UNDERDOG
It seems like I'm gonna be stuck in the position of defending this film after the inevitable onslaught it will get from critics. I did this last year with BvS, I'll do it this year with King Arthur......and probably JL.

I love it when Brad gets angry, and it's been a while since I've seen a Midnight Screenings video where he was furious about the film he was watching. filmlover
I was about to start a Snatched opening weekend > King Arthur opening weekend (since no one else did), but it's probably too obvious now.

Especially since my opinion tends to line up with Brad's most of the time. Might give it a shot anyway, if only because I don't have to pay for cinema tickets, but my anticipation for this just went down a lot. MrGlass2
Well I don't think critics are going to like this movie, but there is no need to have a meltdown because of one bad review by some random YouTuber.

MrGlass2
I got excited before that and for a good reason: first Arthur origin story with giant elephants.
Elessar
I used to watch quite a bit of TV, which is basically for free - didn't make a shitty film better in any way...

These screening remarks got you *further* excited. And since when were elephants relevant to King Arthur?
