Olsen

Sad that these are the best roles available to her. Also says that Hunnam beat out Cavill and Jai Courtney for the role

How so?  She is in lead for this movie.  Got to have the attention of the Hollywood industry.  If she does well even if the film flops, directors and producers will go after her.  Already she was in Godzilla.  As well as Avengers.  Can't get any better than that.

Guinevere is usually third banana in any Arthur story and more often than not serves primarily as a plot device to drive a wedge between Arthur and Lancelot. The 2004 King Arthur was a rare exception in that regard.

ATJ's love interest, now Hunnam's love interest. Very thankless roles.

What an incredible set of actors to choose from. Only way it could have been better was if Kitsch was in the running.

I'm sure she will be able to do tough strong woman leads in the future.  Avengers 2 should show that.

There just aren't enough interesting leading roles available for actresses. It's a problem with the industry as a whole, not something specific to this movie
