Heck, GOTG 2 is higher than X Men Apocalypse 64.609 OW and Rogue One's 40.501 OW. So considering the circumstances and the massive competition that the Fast franchise is, this is a pretty great start for Guardians.

Not surprising, Avengers is the only MCU draw (I've only seen lines for Avengers, Ultron and to a lesser extent Civil War).

 

Was on OD for Guardians and the theater was packed... But F8 was sold out for the whole day (on its 3rd weekend ffs)

What is the ticket price now. black market rates are over 5100 bolivars per dollar and so I am assuming ticket rates should be way higher than before. I wonder how long studios will keep importing movies considering the situation in past 2 months is bad.

Because Paramount uses wildly inflated exchange rates that pretends it's still 2015.  All the #s for their movies in Venezuela are bogus.

 

Office Christmas Party had maybe 140k admissions by the end of it's run - that's the equivalent of $136.65 a ticket!!
