After just over 3 weeks of the folks here writing lists of their top films since 2000, it's time to produce the final rankings. Dozens of lists were submitted, and thanks to every one of you who partook in this. Over one thousand films were submitted, and these final 100 are the best of the best. Every one of the films posted in this thread have beaten dozens of fan favourites. I don't want to spoil anything for the list, but there are films that the forum adores that didn't make the cut. Some of the biggest box office successes of the past 15 years didn't even get close. Even the most critically acclaimed films struggled to make it, and there are some genuine shockers that were missed out.

 

Lists were taken from all sorts of users, from recently created accounts to admins and long-time posters, and an impressive variety of films were submitted in the end. These 100 should be a representative idea of our favourite 21st Century movies.

Don't get me wrong I liked the first Transformers, but it's not Top 100 material.

Curious to see which 1000 you'd put ahead of Revenge of the Sith. Because at 1000 for 2000 to 2015, I'd put Episode III in the bottom 100... if I'd seen over 1000 films from the 21st century
