According to Forbes BATB will cross the $1B Mark by Wednesday or at least Thursday, thanks to EASTER it is holding better on weekdays. TOTAL WW as of Tuesday, 12 is $993.2M. It will be the 29th movie to cross $1B and the 14th from Disney. JUST HILARIOUS. :ohmygod:Well done DISNEY....:bravo:

that's really great so it's more disappointing that it won't be able to crack 500M dom.

Not that crazy. Civil War, Zootopia, Jungle Book, each made more than $600M internationally last year.

I think BATB is more impressive whitout counting it's potential biggest market (Japan)

Civil War made 555M without China (190M)

Jungle Book made 452M without China (150M)

Zootopia made 447M without China (236M)

BATB is at 564.1M right now without Japan and that could bring another 100M+

Also, BatB is a musical. Other movies are impressive but they are genres that play really well OS (SH, Animation). This is unheard of.

How many gas do you guys think BaTB has left? It's dropping harder than i thought so $1.3B is probably dead unless it has Frozen's style run.

Probably $700-750M OS and $480-500M DOM finish. I think $1.25B is the ceiling right now unless as you mention, it does Frozen numbers in Japan.

I don't think it'll get to 600 very soon

Mar 19: 182.2

Mar 26: 374.5 (+192.2)

April 2:  481.5 (+107.1; -44.3%)

April 9: 545.1 (+63.5; -40.7%)

With Fast 8 opening big in most places I could see it coming in tomorrow with 575-580, and getting to 600 from current markets the weekend after, April 23rd (of course Japan opening that weekend will push it further over 600).

So 650-700 OS is coming? Hopefully it reaches 1.2B when all is said and gone. Beating Elsa as the biggest musical of all time is still kinda difficult as I see it.

I think that beating Elsa is gone. Boss Baby stopped it from reaching 500M dom and it probably won't do Elsa numbers in Japan since animated musicals are more acceptable than live action ones. But it's a stunning run nonetheless.
