Man I know that late January / early Feb can be death as far as tracking goes but the weekday threads have been strangely silent of late....

Also - Random but does anyone know @e1828 ? He wasn't around at all for Rogue One and I for one missed his charts.

Politics area of the forums seems more active the past couple of weeks than I've ever seen it though.

Anyways, Batman should wake it up a bit and then March should be madness for BO numbers.

March is going to be awesome. IMO we have the potential to see the biggest non-summer / non-December month in history ($1.1b+).

March really is insane. In fact, I was wondering if a couple of the flicks like Kong and GitS would fare better moving to the less crowded April or May.

Not that I would shed any tears if GitS gets trampled.

As someone who has never watched the source material I want it to do well myself.

March will be insane thanks specially to BeatB and Logan. It's so crowded that films like Life, The Wall or Zookeeper's wife will be lost. Kong, Ghost in the Shell and Power Rangerrs would gross more or less the same no matter the month, but Life/Zookeepers/Wall would have better runs if opened in August or mid-late September. This year both months look extremely weak.

I don't think March can reach 1.1b+. It should need the help of strong holdovers from February, and that won't happen. Last weekend of February looks extremely weak, and the

Even if Logan opens huge, the rest of the top 10 should add no more than 60M. Add a 80M opening for Logan and that's a solid but not stellar 140M weekend top 10.

Second weekend, Kong and Wall could sum like 60M. Add 80M from holdovers and we have again 140M weekend.

Third weekend, is different. BatB could open as high as 130M or even more. Add 90M from holdovers. 220M

So 500M adding the 3 weekends top10 gross. No way it grosses other 600M in weekdays and the last weekend of March.

Last March holds the record grossing 950M with 2 movies over 200M and earlier holdovers adding 160M+. This March we could have a 300M grosser, but no other 200M movie.

These three look interesting. I don't them to flop

Besides Logan, these three are my most anticipated March movies, but I'm feeling there's not enough room for any of them.
