Same.

Usual Suspects was on the top 200 adjusted??

Yep. Usual Suspects is my favorite movie of all time.

My most off-beat favorite has traditionally been Rope which I usually put in the top 10. But I just saw it again a few weeks ago and for whatever reason it didn't grab me quite like it used to, so I've bumped it down a little. Blade Runner, too. Its a great movie, but I'm finally starting to think that interesting world building, atmosphere, and one of the greatest lines of all time aren't enough to make up the terrible pacing. That having been said, I threw that list together in like 20 minutes so its directionally correct but I've sure I've forgotten like 15 no-brainers I should have included and its not as precise as I'd like.

Rope I give praise for just the experiment technique, and Jimmy Stewart. Blade Runner is great setting, the video game was better in my mind.

Rear Window is easily my top favorite, but Trouble with Harry is my best off beat top 10.

Started working on mine and man am I struggling with the placement of stuff I last saw 10+ years ago like Lion King, Independence Day, Ben-Hur, GWTW, etc.

The way I went about it is that I tried to remember how much enjoyment I got from them rather than trying to remember much about the movies themselves. It worked out pretty well for me.

I compared them, like, for example, Man in Black. Did I enjoy it more or less than Independence day? Less? Then it goes below it. And on and on.

Yeah Lion King is pretty high up on mine currently just for the rivers of tears I shed watching it 100+ times until I wore out the VHS tape circa '99 or 2000.

I completely ran out of time to do this. I have it all in a microsoft doc file, but it's not in order fully. Don't think I can make the deadline.

No worries, man! It's a time-consuming project. I don't blame you. To be honest I wasn't expecting the amount of lists that I've gotten so far.
