When there`s no interest, it doesn`t matter who directs. SWATH will drop regardless of reviews because it didn`t create strong enough fanbase and others simply don`t care. I don`t know anyone who`s pasisonate about this franchise. Best I hear is meh but most people I spoke to think the movie was terrible.

Which is undoubtedly why it made almost 400M worldwide (in fact, it probably passed it if the numbers ever get updated).

Which is why it scored around a 60 on Metacritic.

That aside, I guarantee you that at least one person liked it. I did.

When someone says "nobody liked it", don't take it so literally. He means that there's no passionate fanbase. It's a movie that was seen and forgotten by the public. It's not the first, nor the last moneymaker to be.

I was pretty disappointed by this movie. It had such great trailers and the movie looked so good but it just was t. I don't even remember what happens. Totally forgettable and a sequel will tank.
