Oooh that Steelbook is pretty.

Also curious about special features is anyone comes across some info.

Here are all the special features of the versions, including a list of deleted scenes.  I'm going to definitely get a version with the deleted scenes... that steelbook looks great, if it has them...

Nice! I would love to have seen the photo booth scenes in the movie, and the one where she finds his photos. But I guess it's easy enough for me to say that, I'm not the one who had to deal with pacing and time constraints. It'll be great to see those scenes, anyway.

It won't cross $300M until it opens in Japan.  However, so far:

http://www.the-numbers.com/movie/Passengers-(2016)#tab=international

Passengers (2016)

Passengers
Theatrical Performance
Domestic Box Office $99,012,545
International Box Office $196,979,007
Worldwide Box Office $295,991,552

So it's going to be around 3m short of 300m, that seems a reasonable number for Japan to make up.

The BOM Foreign number dropped like $9M.  WTF is going on there?

More than that.  I'm assuming it's an error at this point, it went back weeks' worth, while The Numbers went upwards.  Both agree on domestic.

We could play that game on every movie on everything thread, I mean, it's all relative.

Not sure what you are saying here.  To say a movie is a box office success doesn't mean it is the MOST successful.
