I’m glad #DetectivePikachu seemed to work for most. A lifelong Pokémon trainer and I couldn’t connect with it whatsoever. A few nostalgic beats but not enough to hold my attention. Characters were great, and Pikachu is of course a furry adorable hilarious delight.
