Its hard to extrapolate for small movies. Ratios are all over the pace and final week sales could end up meh as well. I hope it does do at high end of pro box office expectations(that did go down this week).

    I was thinking of stopping as Sunday drop would be "normal" considering Easter but will update presales later. Will also look at Monkey Man.

    Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire MTC1 Saturday - 388657/1140879 6323934.01 6500 shows +234796 So it actually finished ahead of Friday. I would think that should be sufficient for a saturday increase. But other places probably under performed. Saturday ratios tend to be lower but this week it should be around the same as both days were almost the same.

    Panda 4 collapsed in China like most hollywood movies. I remember way back in this thread there was a loonie predicting crazy numbers for Panda 3(400m + USD) 🙂

    I looked at Saturday PS and I am expecting 5-10% bump tomorrow minus previews. Based on reports 72% of school and 39% of Colleges were out today and so there is further potential plus under performing MTC will also do better tomorrow. 37/30/20 - 87m OW. I am sure @Brainbug can live with that.

I am expecting walkups to be even better tomorrow as 72% of schools and 39% of colleges were only out today. Plus the underperforming MTC should do even better. Expecting 5-10% bump tomorrow minus previews.

    According to Charlie they went +750K for Dune 2. So why not 600K for Zilla. Flash WB just gave up and did not want to do anything.

    We can call it WB Tax for any movie that will add 0.5m to previews 🙂 Again even Charlie cannot be 100% sure as not all numbers are even in comscore. It could be some museum imax or Puerto Rico or some other location boosting BO 🙂

    My feeling based on 2.7m ish MTC1 was 9.7m. Ratio will be lower as its almost like a friday than a thursday. But MTC2 seems to have disappointed. So it went lower.

    Definitely looking like it. Just earlyin the morning and its almost at 200K !!! 30m True Friday as @katnisscinnaplex also is seeing. I think with previews being rounded up, OD will be 39m ish.

    How is saturday sales looking. Will it increase. @cannastop I dont think Universal went for Barbenheimer campaign anyway. Back then WB went for it and it did not work.
