    B+/A- Really liked this. Maybe because the trailers didn't click for me and I went in with low expectations. I initially thought Brie was a poor casting choice but the movie changed my mind. 90s nastolgia and Nick Fury scenes were great.

    8.5/10. Went into the (nearly empty) theater with low expectations and really enjoyed the movie. Epic in Imax 3D.

    Doubt that will happen. The only backlash will be some online forums and bloggers when Jlaw wins Oscar #2. The meltdowns will be epic!

    First movie in a theater for me was a Sinbad matinee (maybe 73 or so??). First R was some Chuck Norris flick at a Drive-inn. I remember being really embarrassed cause I was there with my dad and there were BOOBS on the screen!

    I think people are expecting goofy interviews from her so she's trying to live up to that. The butt-plug thing on Conan was funny and got her a lot of buzz but I highly doubt it's a true story.

    I loved Winter's Bone - it's been on TV a lot lately so hopefully more people will check it out. The reviews for AH continue to be pretty amazing. The Jlaw fawning in 90% of them is borderline embarrassing though. It's almost impossible for her to live up to the hype.

    I was really let down by Shutter Island. I loved the book and ended up falling asleep during the movie.
