Just watched it! As a fan of turtles, I might see why some were dissapointed but it actually was better for me than I thought. Sure, the acting from Megan (just take her out really) and others could have been better and there were some holes that I kind of rolled my eyes at (like how April and her friend managed to get all the way where Sachs was and yet there were no guards, or even employees anywhere. It was like already had the day off work lol). However, I knew that this was an action/comedy film and I think it did deliver for me. I was engaged throughout, I think the turtle look ive become used too, it's fine looking. I did think Shredder was cool, though I thought he had red eyes. I was pleased with it. I'd give it an 8/10, high B overall (85).

I want to hope it will be the biggest, I just also hope that the huge drop for MJ1 wasn't due to people losing interest in the series.

Katniss surprises again and triumphs agaisnt all odds by getting the domestic crown on the finish line. Good. It means there s still a hunger for the Mockingjay. Let s hope her farewell will be glorious like 450m dom glorious and 900m ww.

MJ2 is really up in the air. It could have that "finale" factor and go out with the biggest OW and possibly surpass CF DOM. or Due to the drop to MJ1, it could go higher but not as high as some think. Perhaps maybe people are over THG? Maybe after Pt. 1 not being actiony, people might wait to see MJ2. (then again legs would prove otherwise). I think as long as MJ2 hit's 380M, I'll live. I'll hope for that 400M though.

I watched this on blu ray after Guardians, my overall thoughts: I'm walking into this without the book fresh in my mind. I was tempted to read it, but then though against it. I want to judge the movie on the movie itself and not based on the book, which is rare for me. Overall, I think my initial thoughts on this movie was that it was good. I think some aspects on the film they kind of rushed and didn't build more, the parts of the book I did remember that weren't in the movie I was kind of sad, but I can't really complain because I think as just a movie, it works for the most part. I found the story compelling, the acting good, score was forgettable. I'd give it an 7.5/10, B overall.

I bought the blu ray and finally saw it last night! My thoughts: Overall I found the movie to be a great and thrilling ride. It was entertaining through out, always being captivated. I found the score and music absolutely bloody brilliant and creative with the 70's theme. The script and acting was both good. The ending is just perfect, I'm a bit confused at the Groot plant thingy at the end, did he re-born himself? I think my only complaint about this movie was that I was a bit confused/lost at times, but again it wasn't enough where I lost interst. This is definitely a 9/10 for me, A rating overall. So, yes I'll even admit this movie was more entertaining than MJ1 by a long mile. Fav movie of the year.
