    Sorry but no. I enjoyed Prometheus though. Covenant was a mess and I found the David storyline horrible, It should’ve carried on with Noomi, but just more Aliens than Prometheus. CGI was bad. Ridley just gave up on it. When I say back to basics, I mean it seems they are doing more physical props and less cgi. Life was better than Covenant imo.

    Covenant was really bad. They really destroyed this franchise imo. They had Charlize Theron, a huge star and they wasted her character. They should’ve moved the story on with Charlize and Noomi, but instead we got more of the David nonsense. The CGI was so bad. Seems like they are going back to basics with the new one which is the right thing to do.

    She always was. Numbers are good, but a big difference from what they were claiming weeks ago.

    Beyoncé headlining is a bigger deal than Jay Z, no solo female headlined for 21 years! So it was big deal at the time and after that more females started getting headline slots, including Taylor, but it didn’t happen because of Covid.

    Harry Styles, he has the same fan base as Swift. Maybe Adele.

    It doesn’t have to be as big as Taylor’s to be a success. The trailer she released after the Europe leg looked better than Era’s trailer, hopefully it’s similar to that.

    She is. I feel for Julia it’s by choice that she isn’t huge anymore? She turned down The Blind Side and The Proposal, both would’ve been huge for her.

    It’s over 80 million now Really happy with that. Hopefully the 6th can do similar

    I knew it was coming after the success of 5 but it’s great to see it announced. Looks like it could be out next year since it’s filming this year. What a turnaround for the franchise.

    How is it doing compared to Scream 4’s weekly international gross? Can it beat 59 million overseas total?

    I’m surprised American Pie hasn’t had another sequel yet. The last one did do good WW. It’s been another 10 years so they could do another reunion or American Vacation, Vegas, etc. There is lots of plots that they could do, which has been done before, but could work with the cast.

    Halloween does good but it is released at the right time too, people want a scary movie in October. If Scream 5 was released then I’d say it would do even better than 30 million. Scream 5 has done enough for a sequel and I doubt it will be another 10 years before it’s made. I’d say within 2/3 years it will be out.

    He even opened a thread “what went wrong” what kind of desperation. Anything over 30 is great for Scream.
