I just think of Moore as a guy who transcends light/dark style debates. For The Man Who Has Everything is such a perfect story. He is the crazy, creepy writer who also totally gets Superman.
Complete and utter wishful thinking... Alan Moore comes into the DCEU and does to it what he did to Swamp Thing and Marvelman/Miracleman.
So what if he doesn't make movies.
