  1. Meh, that's a bad story template in my opinion. A good story is engaging from beginning to end. I don't want to be bored for a couple hundred pages before I get to the "good" stuff.
  2. You can create a "What are You Watching?" Thread or use this one: http://forums.boxoffice.com/index.php?/topic/5789-grade-the-shows-on-tv-including-the-new-shows-starting/

  4. I think I tried reading Anathem. I stopped when the monk guy went into the city and fixed something or something like that. I was so bored, I decided to read another book. I still have no idea what it's really supposed to be about.
  5. I know they've turned him into a villain. I wasn't contesting that: just that he's a Michael Scott clone. I don't mind Andy as a villain but I sincerely hope that reuniting him with Erin isn't endgame. He only seems to want or care about her when he doesn't have her (his visit to Florida and this episode are examples) but once he has her, he doesn't seem to care much for her (boat trip and other stuff). Erin deserves someone who wants her all the time, not just when she's not with Andy. Seeing as how there's only like six episodes left, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts his redemption arc soon (assuming he gets one).
  6. They had a whole episode about how they don't kiss...and then when they kissed, it wasn't a big deal. Mitchell isn't big on public displays of affection and he doesn't think it's a big deal. It's not that they always "avoid" it but it's just it's not a priority for them.
  7. Umm? No he's not. They're both immature but in a completely different way. Michael Scott was ALWAYS dominated by his desire to be liked by everyone but he never really acted in a way that was intended to hurt people. Andy is currently not dominated by that-he's become vengeful and a villain. Michael Scott was never a villain.
  8. That's when you know a show has managed to become a fixture of our pop culture.
  9. What? Dair was fucking amazing. Best thing to happen to this show. I was rooting for them until the very end.

  18. From OP: There's too many cable shows for me to keep a track off.
  19. That'll be too many threads stickied, so not likely.
  20. I'll probably watch it tomorrow/Tuesday and post a review for it up in my blog.
  21. Thank for trusting me. For those who don't, you don't have to take my word for it: -http://www.goldderby.com/news/3914/house-of-cards-kevin-spacey-david-fincher-netflix-emmys-emmy-awards-tv-news-entertainment-news.html
  22. You can if you want but I'd recommend starting a new thread. I don't want it to get confusing or cluttered.
