  1. It's a mixture of both (like the Good Wife) and I'm a fan of both shows because they're amazing.
  2. I'm preparing my episode review for my blog and I'm like "considering how many times Root says 'bad code' (like seriously every time she spoke she brought that up at least once) that's what the title of the episode is." I go to Wikipedia only to find out...I was totally correct.
  3. All the other CBS shows? The Good Wife is amazing and one of the best shows currently on the air. If you can't stand to watch that, then I feel bad for you.
  4. RevolutionThe New NormalGo Onhave all been given full seasons.
  5. The season premiere was good, even if it was a bit low-key
  6. I meant I don't really get your question. You state nobody is happy in season one,and then ask why Storybrooke is such a bad place. It's a nice town, but you can live in a great place and be miserable. That's the curse: not being allowed to be happy. You answered your own question.Snow White suffers not because of her job,but because she's not with her true love. It seems you don't seem to get that the emotional aspect of the curse is what makes it such a bad thing
  7. Wraiths existed long before Harry Potter so JK Rowling has no case.
  8. The ending to the season premiere just blew my mind.
  9. Yes, albeit the last two are a bit outdated.
  10. lol.Ratings don't suck that badly. I believe they're within ABC's average and Castle should be fine.
  11. Yes. More of a Colombian one, but yeah.
  12. Haven't seen it yet, but half the episodes last season sucked because of this and the other half were good because they dialed back the nastiness.
  13. Yes. In fact, i know of a Colombian woman who married a guy way older than her. Not because of the money, either. They have a son.I also know Latino people that fill those stereotypes.
  14. The Neighbors: Despite the bad marketing, this is a show that isn't terrible. It's actually an average comedy-I laughed quite a few times. C
  15. French ratings do not take any account into whether an American show is renewed or not. Total viewers don't really matter that much in American television. The only show I know of to be renewed based on total viewers in the last ten years is the first season of Harry's Law...and then it got cancelled after a second season.Castle didn't do as well it could have but at the same time, it'll probably be renewed since it's not doing THAT terrible. It'll probably be doing average for ABC or right below average.
  16. Heh. I watch too many shows that I actually have to make a table to sort it out. Schedule Watch Time Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 8:00 EST Once Upon a Time 90210 Ben and Kate The Middle Arrow Animal Practice Last Resort The Big Bang Theory The Vampire Diaries [30 Rock]/[up All Night] Community 9:00 EST Revenge The Good Wife Gossip Girl Apartment 23 New Girl/The Mindy Project Modern Family/Suburgatory Person of Interest Beauty & The Beast [The Office]/Parks and Recreation Nikita Fringe Grimm 10:00 EST 666 Park Avenue The Mentalist Castle Revolution Parenthood Nashville Mid-Season: The Following, Next Caller, 1600 Penn, How to Live with Your Parents, The Goodwin Games
  17. And guess what? People don't watch every single new tv show. I run a TV review blog so I'll catch the first episode of every new scripted broadcast show (new cable shows depends on how busy I am and how easily available it is), but I only dedicate myself to watching some shows throughout their entire season-usually these shows are picked before the season begins. People tend to check out shows that they are interested in (like Revolution) but they'll also quickly drop out and stop watching if they don't like it. Most shows (I don't think Revolution counts here) you can get a sense of whether they're good or bad by the fifth episode. That's five hours-only three more than a movie (2 more than Titanic/Avatar). Most American viewers don't even give a show five episodes: only two or three (at least first-run, they might check out future episodes on NEtflix/Hulu if there's enough hype).Unless you love TV like I do or are paid for it or do nothing but watch TV because you're retired, then yeah you're not going to be keeping up with all the new shows.
  18. Man, there are so many crappy movies, how people actually keep up with the new releases baffles me.
  19. Hmmm? I think quite the opposite: this episode was a marked improvement over the mess that was the pilot.I do think that the female lead and the actor portraying the brother are taking acting lessons since they also improved their performances to a level where it's no longer distracting.
  20. Every season, the average ratings fall a bit. Most shows tend to decrease every single season in their premieres. So it's not a surprise that things have premiered lower. What is a surprise is Partners failed to launch (even Mike & Molly beat it!) and H50 really did fall.
  21. The Voice has been renewed for a fourth and fifth season. Congrats to that show.
  22. I think they should have waited a season, because the show suffered a lot of first season problems.
  23. From what I understand, electricity simply stopped working as in there's no more electricity to be discovered.
