  1. How about we just move on and announce another movie then... #23
  2. I voted for Inside Llewyn Davis because it was really close to being my number 1 of the year, and I wanted it to win something since the Oscars snubbed it.
  3. That's curious then, especially if they want to end on the Avengers in May. Ant-Man is July 2015 You have two new 2016 releases And then two 2017 releases, the last one being the Avengers. That'd be odd pacing to have their last 2017 release be in May, unless they put Avengers 3 in July.
  4. I'm wondering how much valentines day inflated certain movies.Endless Love won't hold strong overly well, but good word of mouth should let About Last Night be a hit.I think The Monuments Men might be a bit overinflated, there wasn't much of an option for older couples.LEGO and Frozen are the two that probably are going to hold strong the best due to being family movies and not couple movies. This is the one weekend where I want to see Saturday before making a judgement.Monuments Men might make it to 70m but I'm thinking mid-high 60s.RoboCop is having a lackluster opening, but it hunk it can pull off high 50s to low 60sAbout Last Night might perform like Think Like a Man Too.A winters tale is the obvious bomb.

  6. Weird, I always thought this line was utter cheese. Then again im not a big fan of Braveheart.
  7. I will admit, I laughed out loud during the middle section of the movie where you are probably supposed to cry. I don't even know why I thought it was funny (I think somebody told me that, "He fucked her so hard he killed her" and that's why I laughed), I was the only person in the theater that laughed there though. If I put myself into the mindset of trashing the movie, and getting with a group of friends (Real life or online) and trashing it live with them, then I find it entertaining. Otherwise, I just find it tedious.
  8. It looks like the same type of thing they have been trying to do lately with them (be giant, big, world building stories, I'll still see it but im not overly excited) 1.Boyhood 2.Guardians of the Galaxy 3.Godzilla 4.The Fault in Our Stars 5.The Wind Rises 6.Whiplash 7.The Muppets Most Wanted 8.Big Eyes 9.Interstellar 10.Big Hero 6
  9. I have counted the results and with over 200 different movies submitted from users, I have calculated the points and can now bring you the top 25 most Overrated movies (since 2000). I'll first start off this thread revealing the 5 honorable mentions that just missed it. (No fancy spoilers, posters, information and such since they missed) The Hangover with 59 points and 4 votes Spider-Man 2 with 64 points and 3 votes Million Dollar Baby with 65 points and 5 votes Captain America: The First Avenger with 66 points and 5 votes and Elf with 68 points and 3 votes
  10. It was boring, cringe-worthy, and it probably made me drop a few IQ levels just from watching it.
  11. I saw Winter's Tale, all I can say is ugh...
  12. For in theaters id pay to see terminator 2 the most of those.
  13. I'll give people the rest of today for any last minute lists.
  14. Casablancas a great movie and all, but y'all should have limited this to 2-3 lines per movie
  15. Despite a lower opening night than best man holiday it should have a much higher Friday so I think it can break past 30m.RoboCop has a chance of doing decently if it can pull a strong Friday number.
  16. A trailer for it will for sure be paired with Guardians of the Galaxy, if not Captain America or Maleficent.
  17. 44.Kick-Ass 2 http://www.filmdispenser.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/kick-ass2-630x420.jpg' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> This only ranked so high because Hit Girl is almost exactly like my four year old niece, so I find it fairly amusing. On an actual quality front, Kick-Ass 2 is a massive step down from the innovative original, it isn't that funny, and the action is all overdone. Honestly, the entire movie felt very 'been there, done that' esque.
