  1. Moderation @Litio There was no need to say "people who like Deadpool are brainwashed". You know you were just insulting people here and we don't need it. We can be critical of Marvel, their business practices, their creative decisions, etc.. Heck, we can even be critical of their popularity and people's enjoyment of them. But insults like these? No. Please treat your fellow BOT members with respect.
  2. They must be real desperate if they're already hitting the "In case of bomb, get RDJ" button.
  3. You hyped for Glen Powell on Family Guy?
  4. Half convinced the crossover is with It’s Always Sunny and I am so here for it.
  5. Honey. Believe me. I know about Club Chalamet. I know her whole schtick. Don’t worry.
  6. I mean you can't really compare pre-COVID demos to post-COVID demos. The data has more than indicated a huge chunk of Caucasian audiences have dipped out from moviegoing over the last two years.
  7. Probably a case where they play the trailer as a preroll ad before YouTube videos. Happens quite a lot with movie trailers, and is why I don't really like using it as a sampler for a movie's buzz.
  8. Moderation @Jaxon5 this “Black Panther 2 is a flop actually” stuff isn’t funny anymore. Continue this any further and you will leave me with no other choice but to give you a thread ban.
  9. I'm still on a "expect the worst" with almost every superhero movie's box office potential until I'm proven otherwise. And none of the 2025 Marvel movies are giving me much confidence. Though I will say that Superman has potential to be a huge breakout. I doubt it will reach Avatar 3, but it could get close if Gunn really captures the character and what people love about him.
  10. I mean...yeah, I probably would have said the same thing this guy on Reddit said months ago. Because yeah. Comic book movies are on a downslide in popularity. They've been on a decline for a couple years now. I can see a scenario where people saw Wolverine's casting as "desperate". I know I certainly felt that way. And heck, if we really want to get into the brass tax, everybody thought Guardians 3 missing a billion or 400M domestically was seen as ludicrous. It could never happen in a million years. Marvel was too strong for something like that to happen. I saw those predictions myself. And wouldn't you know it? Despite it having everything seemingly going for it, that didn't happen. I don't think we need to get all dramatic and angry because somebody made a "wrong prediction". It's not like you guys made "wrong predictions" before, right?
