I actually think I saw some theaters have them up while looking at Rogue One tickets the last few weeks, but they might have cancelled them after they figured the ice cold reviews were coming.
The horrible reviews completely killed it. I decided to stay away because I figured I wouldn't like it and don't have $12 to waste.
Passengers must be sweating right now.
I'll bet I get the trailer for The Space Between Us when I see it tonight because the trailers for that movie have been stalking me since the beginning of summer (back in it was supposed to open in August).
I still haven't seen Rogue One yet (tonight, bitches) so most of the conversations related to the movie in this thread might as well be in gibberish to me lol.
Disney's trying to torment everyone here. They won't release the preview numbers at all and we'll all have to wait until tomorrow morning. Back to the early 2000s we go!
I'm always down for a trainwreck but everyone else has been turned off by the horrible reviews (and I sure as hell ain't paying to see it myself) and there's too much else worth saving up to see (Jackie, Fences, Hidden Figures, etc.) over the holidays.
Oh well, we're still seeing Passengers. lol.
Why does JLaw have the most annoyingly defensive stans? Good grief. If Passengers misses it's because it's (apparently) a bad movie, not because somebody's out to get poor little JLaw. Lord.
