  1. Dude, you are really overpredicting Interstellar lol. It's not getting any acting nods, period, end of story (or any above-the-technical-line nominations at all at this point, most likely).
  2. I think you mean Sleepless in Seattle (or, more likely, Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally).
  3. ? The Vow was a romantic drama, not a romcom. Which further illustrates the dire state of the romcom genre.
  4. Thank you, that's my only concern about lists like this (whether they are for actors or actresses).
  5. LOL now there's an overly generalized description.
  6. As of November 15: 1. Boyhood 2. Gone Girl 3. The LEGO Movie
  7. I assume those predictions are for the rest of Interstellar's run? You're really overestimating it's drops for Christmas/New Year's. The inevitable barrage of Christmas releases will force theaters to drop the oldest movies.
  8. The Millers (CBS) has been cancelled during its second season. Thankfully, as it was an an awful show that wasted an excellent cast deserving of far better.
  9. I'd like to stand outside every movie theater showing Saving Christmas and tell every person going in that I am secretly judging them for doing so. Might as well light $11 on fire if you're going to give it to that nutcase.
  10. If Dumb and Dumber To succeeding means a comeback for Carrey, then I'm all in favor. Man has given plenty of performances (The Truman Show, Man on the Moon, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) that deserved Oscar nominations.
  11. $13-16M? LOL I can't. The power of nostalgia, I guess.
  12. Remember when Sony created that fake movie critic to give all their crappiest movies good reviews? Great times.
  13. Jurassic Park is the greatest of all time. The first one that is. The Lost World and 3 were lame as hell. Hopefully Jurassic World will at least be good, even if it has a zero percent chance of matching the first one.
  14. I'm pretty sure anything that has Kirk Cameron's involvement automatically exists as a torture weapon. Dude really is a creep.
  15. Anyone who pays to see that might as well just light $11 on fire instead.
  16. The final trailer which came out last week does show that it's a musical.
  17. I think Interstellar would have to do less $120M and Annie would have to reach that mark for that to happen. The $95M BOM is predicting sounds about right, too much competition over Christmas for it to really breakout.
  18. If by "better than both those movies" you mean "funnier than both those movies", then yes, that is definitely true.
