It has several instances of animatronics, with several different dinosaurs. The animatronic instances are clear in the film, and they look terrific. I'm not sure what you are talking about, tbh. -

Um, yeah it's a group activity insofar as you can discuss it afterwards with your friends. "I am paying 17.50, fuck it" - can you even hear yourself? Does it occur to you that maybe everyone else has paid 17.50 too, and they didn't pay that to hear you give your commentary on the movie?

Actually, I don't see films just on my own. Maybe half of them are on my own, but I still see dozens with others every year. My friends/family usually have the courtesy of being respectful to other audience members, and if they don't, then I tell them to be quiet and they shut up. You don't have to be watching a movie like it's the most important thing ever in order to have a modicum of respect for other human beings.

At home you don't have 300 other people who you're annoying. And you may not realise just how loud you are to others, but people like you are really fucking annoying in cinemas and tbh should be kicked out.

Maybe Universal will make a Mamma Mia 2 and it'll be the biggest film ever.

I dunno, if James Cameron makes an original epic after he's done with Avatar sequels, then Skyfall could be outgrossed. 10 years is a fair bit of inflation though, so it'll get easier with each passing year.

Yeah, I think I saw it in its third week, and the showing was sold out. I have to wonder what the next film to break Skyfall's record will be. I would love SW7 to do something insane and outgross Skyfall but that ain't never gonna happen.

I don't think age would really affect the quality of the audience, tbh. Bad cinemagoers come in all shapes and sizes.

There's something really special about going to a packed out cinema to see a massive event movie like this. Feels like you're part of something. I don't usually like being in busy cinemas, but there's a certain atmosphere that is hard to dislike. I haven't felt this with a movie's hype since Skyfall.
