Scream is a very hard film to remake. You'd need slashers to make a big comeback and to become cliche filled again before you could do another Scream. Both Urban Legend and I Know What You Did Last Summer would be easier as you could set them at any time.

Warner should do some kind of IT/Annabelle re release double bill on Halloween.

I think they had an AWESOME script for Friday The 13th which they shut down for no reason, then restarted with a pretty shit script (the one that was going to come out this year). I'd put the blame more on Paramount than Platinum Dunes, but yeah, I think the one this year getting cancelled was a good thing. It was a Friday script that desperately didn't want to be a Friday script.

So IT may break the opening weekend record in one day?

Sony must be wondering what went wrong with The Dark Tower.

This year has been great except for summer!

Would IT open in China?
-
Remake Maximum Overdrive! That one could actually work with today's modern technology.
-
I've seen some postings on Facebook from people complaining that they couldn't see IT tonight cause it's sold out everywhere.
-
Did anyone see the new The Disaster Artist trailer before It?

Was Sixth Sense even this century? I thought it was 1999.

But I thought R rated horror films didn't make money.

Numbers! Numbers! Numbers!

Most the horror groups I go to on Facebook seem to be praising IT.

Whenever can we start to expect numbers?
-
I wonder if they'll split It Part 2 into 2 movies now.
-
New Line should split from Warners again! Would that be possible?
-
I wish there where more kids to kill off. It got a little repetitive that Pennywise kept failing. Show him be successful a bit more!

Remember at the beginning of the year when people said Split was going to be the highest grossing horror movie of the year domestically?
