  1. $8.1m Thursday Going into 2nd wknd dom (3rd wknd intl) #CaptainAmericaCivilWar has now banked $223.3M dom, $564.9M intl for $788.2M global. https://twitter.com/GiteshPandya?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eautho
  2. hmm, not that I think about it can it really fall below IM3 overseas if it makes that much more in China.
  3. Julia was a draw. She got a big budget Lifetime movie like Sleeping With the Enemy to 100m and a boring as shit thriller like The Pelican Brief to 100m. Clooney and Foster were never really draws though.
  4. also, apparently it is falling hard in China. So maybe even 800m might not necessarily be locked.

  6. it won't reach that high. X-Men opens next week overseas and it had big drops everywhere
  7. just realized how much better the trailer would be if they kept the music and chanting part but just got rid of the I AM GOD stuff
  8. $28M global WED for #CaptainAmericaCivilWar. Dom: big 35% drop to $8.9M, $215.1M cume. Intl: $19.1M, $550.7M. Global at $765.8M. https://twitter.com/GiteshPandya
  9. Uh nobody cares about JLaw anymore as evidenced by the recent pathetic drop off of Mockingjay 2 and the Joy flop and Pratt has not been proven to be a draw either
  10. Comsidering there isn't even a trailer for Passengers yet, it right now has nothing going for it
  11. Why hat is Passengers guaranteed to do well? At best it might be a 100m movie but not much more
  12. 335m worldwide would not be bad at all for a movie like this. If that is not enough to make it profitable then that is the studio's fault for making the movie too expensive.
