    So, this friday JW will be the fastest-to-600M movie ever, beating Avatar previous record. incredible.

    I think this summer is terminated. No one upcoming film have the appeal of "big event" a la "Avengers 2" or "Jurassic World". The rest of these movies could be happy if cross the $200M line. We'll don't see another +$300M beast til Christmas...

    So, JW will make his $600M in 3-4 weeks. (550M this sunday, 575M next week, and 600M one or two weeks later).

    TF4 was "ok" in the context of this saga, but was the worst movie of the series, i think this will gonna hurt the fifth movie. perhaps under $200M domestic.

    The problem of Scream 4 (very decent sequel) was Scary Movie. The spoof saga killed the main series.

    I don't think so. Cameron will chose some veteran A-list composer, probably Alan Silvestri, John Debney, Danny Elfman, Hans Zimmer... if he choses a modern composer, will be some A-list too, maybe Michael Giacchino, John Powell, Steve Jablonsky, David Arnold, Harry Gregson-Williams....
