This movie is only making hundreds of millions of dollars but not record breaking hundreds of millions of dollars? Cancel everything and call back the team behind Green Lantern to reboot the DC Universe.

Speaking of how the movie is doing on our countries, here in Brazil BVS had the biggest opening day ever in local currency for a superhero movie. It almost beat MOS entire OW. I guess some hater we know won't be happy about it...

You are completely wrong. I have not been repeating myself like he's been doing. And if the movie does well for the weekend I won't start doing that. When preview numbers came in, I didn't start fighting with members who were making lower predictions. I just celebrated and shut up about it. The only thing I said was the movie is playing better than projections, I don't understand why this is such a big deal and why I'm being compared to iJack losing his mind in the thread.

Why is it nonsense? They did projected $110M. It gone up, but still doesn't change the fact that a few days ago they were projecting that. And even so, the highest it got was $150M. The movie is still outperforming any projections.

Not only in their eyes, industry and rival studio projections had it at $110M OW a few days ago.

What's weird is that the reception of the members of this board is surprisingly positive (even Tele loved it), in my 3 showings reactions were extremely positive, and in local websites the comments are overwhelmingly positive about the movie. It's a small sample, but still very weird.

I hate to attack other members but Jesus Christ, this is so embarrassing. The guy is over 35 years old and behaves like a kid.

DC will make way more money with BVS than what critics received to trash it, so no.
