Snooping around Fandango and it looks like AMC shows are starting to go up as well

So far from 5 theaters, I'm counting 57 Thursday night shows in the Inland Empire for Skywalker. None of the really big players have posted their shows yet.
A few theaters here will also be doing fan event screenings that will start at 5 pm.

Yep. A few of the theaters in the Inland Empire are posting their shows now. Can't wait to see how huge my seat map is going to be.

TROS showtimes are starting to show up on Fandango. Regal Yorba Linda along with a couple Regals in the LA area posted IMAX showtimes and the gap between them is ~3.5 hrs.

That being said, not wishing it just noting the other R rated large film it could track like.
In American Sniper's case, that was mostly because of the Super Bowl being in its 3rd weekend

Due to the time this report was taken compared to the comps used here, Joker is likely being under-indexed here, especially the It: 2 comp. This is probably the last time I'll use It: 2 as a final comp in any of my final reports due to the fact that not only did I start it later than Joker, but due to things going haywire in the making of that report it ran much later and much of the data gathering took place after the first shows had already started.
So anyways, I guess I'm gonna go with a $11.5M preview number prediction +/-$0.75M. Tonight should be solid for Joker.

Didn't do a mid-day report for It: 2 so these comps will have to do for now until a few hours later. Of this bunch, Hustlers is probably the only believable comp here (maybe even Rambo to an arguable extent). But regardless, it still looks like Joker is on pace for a strong debut tonight.

A crap load of shows got added today. Still keeping pace with It: 2 albeit not as great of a day as yesterday. Thinking the range for the preview number is $10M-$11.5M.

In terms of comparing TROS to A:EG, could TROS (despite SW typically being more frontloaded in pre-sales) have a slightly better 1st PS day -> final seat count multiplier considering how out-of-this-world EG's first day was?
