I think I might have jumped the gun on my Holy Shit comment as locally only Arden is going crazy on showtimes at the moment. Regal, for instance, is trickling in at respectable numbers while other local Centurys are coming in at a high number, but not nearly as high as Arden.
I guess Century Arden wanted to plant its flag in the ground early and try to use some of its local market dominance for once.
Regals (at least the ones near me) tend to not max out showtimes for movies until about 1-4 days before release. I bet the AMCs are probably gonna start out big too like the Centurys.

Looks like in regards to Joker, there's gonna be more work cut out for me than I expected lol.

ADJUSTMENT NOTE: The Hustlers (It: 2 adj) is the ticket data at the same theaters I got complete data for It: 2. Unfortunately I couldn't get complete data from the Ontario Palace on the final report for It: 2.
===
Based on how the theaters for It: 2 performed during the time period of my final report last week, I would guess It would have sold somewhere in the 9350-9500 seat ballpark if I had gotten complete data from the Ontario Palace.
My guess for The Hustlers previews tonight will be $2.3M.
Looks like we have another effective system.

Seems like Joker is gonna have a pretty short PS run since it seems like it won't be starting this week. Kinda surprising.

Stronger than expected OD so far!

Another strong day for It 2. Posting Thursday mid-day comps for the AMC Ontario Mills and Regal Ontario Palace since I won't be here tomorrow. As for the Regal, only the OUATIH and TLK comps are the ones that seem to make since while things are more consistent with the AMC comps.

Anyone know when Joker tickets go on sale?
No date yet. My guess would be either right after It 2's opening weekend or a week after that.

@Porthos What's your criteria for what a sellout is when you do your reports?

Do you want someone to cover for you so you don't lose the comps? Porthos helped me out during SDCC, so I'm cool with repaying the favor.
Sure thing! Whoever wants to take over I'll PM the seat maps.

Unfortunately, there's a good chance I won't be able to post any updates on Thursday as I will have jury duty that day. Will depend on when I finish for the day.

Even though I have no comps to use, I imagine I could still get a slight idea of what the Inland Empire could be pointing toward by looking at the percent sold and comparing it to the percent sold in other trackers' areas on this thread. Comparing with Sacramento, I can't imagine comps, if I had them, would be much different than what Sacramento is yielding.
