    The only info I’ve really seen floating around is it’s a larger announcement then most thought it would be. No idea what that means. 
     

    All I want to hear about is more info on Superman, I trust Gunn with whatever they’re gonna announce but as I stated back a few pages ago people are gonna complain and whine either way.

    I mean pretty much this, I’m fully vaccinated plus double boosted but I don’t care what others do anymore, I barely see anyone wear masks anymore and that’s completely fine as that’s their choice. 

     

    With that said, this isn’t a big controversy or anything new, this is who Levi is, just like evangeline lilly. So hopefully the people saying they aren’t seeing this (on social media)cause of Levi’s views hold the same standards for that lol. We know that’s not the case cause WF did fine. 

     

    This isn’t going to hurt the box office in any way cause this was never doing big numbers.  I’m not sure much of anything changes the outcome of this movies box office at this point.

    I don't think so. If it was some generic aliens or supervillains maybe. But I think the basis in mythology gives it a nice twist this time imo.

     

    Look I don't know why I'm an outlier here. But this trailer's moments got me emotional and even teary eyed for a character I'm not a big fan of but liked the first movie.

    I thought the trailer was fine, I also loved the first movie and trust Sandberg so I’m not concerned about this at all. The issue I see for the movies box office is you need that built in hype from somewhere to provide good wom and I don’t think this movie has it, I think the delays have really hurt it and most of the GA has probably forgot about the first movie by now. 

     

    I’m hoping for the best for the movie cause of how much I enjoyed the first one.

    There’s no rationalizing with his fan base, that’s why I don’t even bother trying. If anyone from that base just took a step back and actually thought this through it literally makes zero sense for either party to make a deal to make it happen.

    He won’t, it’s the only way he stays relevant. No one really cares about his work at Netflix so he just eggs on his fans by liking posts on Vero. He could’ve shut down all of this toxicity a long time ago but he didn’t. Normally I wouldn’t blame a Hollywood person for how their fans act but in this case he takes a lot of the blame.

The trades are mostly just taking stabs in the dark and seeing if anything comes of it. It is definitely working for them to generate content and discussion and remain relevant. 

    He should really just announce their slate already if it’s ready to be announced, or just those first few projects. But honestly the trades are turning into lame blog sites just grasping at anything now. It’s kinda sad tbh. It’s pretty obvious no one really knows anything. But I guess it’s all about clicks so they’re doing what they have to do.

    The only execs that really matter are Gunn and Safran ( and to some degree I guess Zaslav). Let’s see what Gunn has to say when they start announcing stuff. 
     

    I do know when Miller was on set for Peacemaker Gunn thought he was hilarious, so maybe he likes him and not everything/everyone is being reset or rebooted.
