All of my theaters have them, but they're mostly regional chains (GHTC and Marquee Cinemas). There's just one Regal theater within my distance, and even they have ticket sales in advance.

Turning it into a horror film was a dumb fucking move anyway. They should have kept it like the comics were. New Mutants was never a horror story. It was about kids trying to deal with their powers. Why complicate shit?

Depends on what the budget is like. If it's around the production budget for San Andreas, it would be a fine domestic total.

Never heard of this film before today. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - People gasped when the Carnotaur came on screen, but that was it. Skyscraper - One person said "Oh shit" the moment Dwayne was dangling from his replacement leg, but still, that's about it. Rampage - Laughter throughout. Explains why people reacted so positively to this film. I was expecting just me and my brother to be there. Nope. Almost half of the room was filled. Thought it was decent. Feels like it belongs in the same universe. Will probably buy the Blu-ray when it is released in a few months.

I've friends who said this teaser made them shed tears. Kinda' makes me wish I watched the Mary Poppins movie as a kid, but I didn't. And I still haven't.

They're too close and too deep in marketing to push it back that far. Unless WB wants it to turn out like Rings, which had a trailer out for October of 2016 before being pushed to February of 2017. This isn't to say it'll have the quality of that film, but it's not good to put out a trailer with the release date and then push it back even further.

They aren't moving this to August. Anybody who thinks that's likely is kidding themselves.
