SS isn't released in China because of its dark tone and violent theme (and it supposedly promotes immorality), not because it has magic. And I don't think magic in DS is much different from magic in Harry Potter, so I think China won't be a problem.

I hope you don't mind if I say that 600M is a super prestigious club that The Dark Knight isn't deserving enough, it's only reserved for the likes of The Avengers and Jurassic World.
