  1. The weather has been nasty here in the Midwest. Definitely impacted theaters here.
  2. Yes, it is showing up on Marcus Theaters website as playing in theaters until March 2nd (as far out as they have showtimes for current releases)
  3. That is probably more likely. I am going off the $7M estimate. But I am not sure how hard it will fall today (Wednesday). My gut says -40%ish
  4. I honestly can see it falling in that range probably $210-$215M. I see it around $173-$176M by the end of its second weekend. (probably being generous).
  5. @cayommagazine O$corp Pictures has announced pre-production has begun on the film adaption of Shaun David Hutchison's At the Edge of the Universe. Casting is expected to be finalized soon and it is speculated that M. Night Shyamalan will be taking the director's chair for the film. The film's summary reads: "At the Edge of the Universe is about a boy who believes the universe is slowly shrinking as the things he remembers are being erased from others’ memories.
  6. Magic Mike’s Last Dance Warner Bros. $655,000 -16% -66% 3,034 $216 $19,458,310
  7. That is a -51% drop. Should be around $135M-$136M by the end of the week.
  8. Those Scream numbers are looking amazing. It should double the previews of Scream (2022) $3.5M.
  9. Ugh finally a good weekend for Knock at the Cabin. I am still thinking $40M is out of play.
  10. A2 could easily next weekend make what we thought it was gonna make this weekend. 😍
  11. That projected hold for A2 and Puss in Boots 2 is incredible. That is the winner of the weekend story wise.
  12. Yeah I am thinking that is the end result. It really depends how it holds with Ant-Man and if it gets a Oscar boost.

  16. Galentine's Day + theaters are running Valentine's Day discounts + people celebrate early. Also everything is kind changed up by Superbowl Sunday.
  17. I highly doubt it but would love to be proven wrong. I am thinking $4.2M-$4.3M for this weekend. I just don't see it holding better than this past weekend which would give it a $4.6M number.
  18. Mix that with the Valentine's Day deals at theaters too. It should be nice day after a dull weekend.
