Bryan Cranston seems like a good fit. Not Kevin Hart though. Besides the fact that Kevin Hart has never even done a semi serious role before he just doesn't fit the character. Driss was a larger guy who could carry Philippe. Though Kevin isn't a shrimp he just seems too short for the role. Someone like Tyrese Gibson would seem to make more sense to me.

Its sad how close that is.
I think Ben-Hur will be a little under GOE which finished at 31 mill DOM. My guess it gets 28 mill DOM. Its WW will be interesting because I really don't see it doing nearly as well foreign as GOE did. I think its safe to say ben-hur will be the flop of the year by quite a bit.
Recently saw a post on reddit about how Kevin Bacon thought he was going down hill with Tremors and he had a breakdown during the filming or something.
I feel like they pitched this movie with just describing the chariot race in modern CGI then forgot they would have to make the rest of the movie and it would have to be 2.5 hours long.
