The Holdovers (Early Access Screening) 10/29 2:00 PM 75% Full Trailers: Dream Scenario Poor Things Saltburn American Fiction Lots of laughs. Sniffles after one scene. Somebody tried to get an applause going at the end. Seemed like everyone really enjoyed it.

The Killer 10/27 4:00 PM 15 People. Trailers: Saltburn American Fiction (laughs) Napoleon Ferrari Some guy laughed obnoxiously loud at anything that was slightly meant to be funny.

Dicks: The Musical 10/20 3:10 PM Me and one other person. Trailers: Thanksgiving It's a Wonderful Knife The Holdovers The Persian Version Bob Marley Priscilla Dream Scenario The other guy was laughing a bit. I didn't chuckle even once. Awful film.

Killers of the Flower Moon 10/19 5:30 PM 20 people. Trailers: The Holdovers Poor Things Ferrari Priscilla Not much of any reaction besides a few laughs at a couple moments.

Saw X 1:00 PM 10/1 12 People. Trailers: Dark Harvest Thanksgiving Exorcist Five Nights at Freddys Some snickering. One person applauded when credits rolled. Was pretty quiet for a horror movie audience.

Expendables 4 9/24 1:20 PM 4DX 5 People. Trailers: Napoleon Exorcist Aquaman Saw X The Hunger Games The Creator (4DX) Dead crowd. One joke got some laughs, but otherwise everyone seemed bore. Literally during the last minute a group of 3 people walked in and stood in the back of the theater. Movie was dogshit.

A Haunting in Venice 9/21 6:00 PM Around 20 people. Trailers: Stop Making Sense The Creator Ferrari Killers of the Flower Moon A few jumps at the jump scares. Some chuckles here and there. Not much of a reaction, but the movie was fine. Stop Making Sense 9/22 12:45 IMAX 30 people. Trailers: Bob Marley The Color Purple Trolls Band Together Taylor Swift Carlos: The Santana Journey Priscilla Audience was really into it and it seemed like some of them had seen it before. Somebody applauded when David walked on stage. Some applause at the end of each songs. Applause and cheers at the end.

Regal Mystery Movie (Dumb Money) 9/18 7:00 PM 60%ish full. Trailers: Thanksgiving Five Nights at Freddys The Color Purple Napoleon The Creator A little bit of chatter when it was revealed to be Dumb Money. There were a few laughs during the movie at a couple moments, but it was just silent for the most part.

The Retirement Plan 9/17 12:30 PM 7 People. Trailers: Exorcist Thanksgiving The Creator Expendables 4 The Color Purple Some women would laugh at things occasionally, other than that silence. People seemed bored.

The Equalizer 3 12:00 PM Dolby Atmos About 25 people or so. Trailers: The Creator Killers of the Flower Moon A Haunting in Venice Expendables 4 Right as the movie was starting some dude was yelling at some woman who was on her phone to put it away and threatened to get a manager. As much as I hate people on their phones, he was a straight up douche about it. Otherwise, there were a couple of laughs at some of Denzel's laughs. Everyone left quietly when it was over.

Regal Mystery Movie (Retribution) 7:00 PM 8/14 70% Full Trailers: The Equalizer 3 A Haunting in Venice Strays Dune Expendables 4 Quite a bit of unintentional laughter throughout. Some groans and laughs when the villian was revealed. Nobody seemed to really be into it.

Oppenheimer 12:00 PM 70MM 95% Full. Trailers: A Haunting in Venice Dumb Money The Meg 2 Killers of the Flower Moon The Last Voyage of the Demeter The Holdovers The Exorcist: Believer Lots of people arrived late which was annoying. Otherwise, some laughs, but nowhere near as receptive to it compared to the IMAX showing I was at last week. Kind of a crappy crowd.

Regal Monday Mystery Movie (Gran Turismo) 7:00 PM 7/24 70-75% Full. Some older women stole a couples seats before the movie started and wouldn't give them back because "they wanted to be more towards the center". It feels like people taking others reserved seats is becoming a common thing at these showings. Trailers: My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 Dumb Money The Meg 2 Kraven The Hunter Next Goal Wins There were some cheers and claps when it was revealed the movie was Gran Turismo. Otherwise, a couple of laughs during the movie. Some applause when it ended. Overall people seemed to enjoy it.

Oppenheimer Airbus IMAX Theater in Chantilly, VA 6:00 PM. SOLD OUT. People were lining up 2 hours before showtime to get good seats. Trailers: Dune Part 2 (Played in full 1.43.1 ratio) Napoleon Laugsh at a couple of moments. The trinity test and another scene made the whole theater jump. Entire theater applauded when the credits rolled. Very positive comments coming out of the theater. It's sold out at this theater as well for the whole next week.

Mission Impossible 7 7/11 6:30 PM Dolby Atmos 90% Full Trailers: Gran Turismo The Creator Dune Part 2 Oppenheimer The typical reaction you'd get from a crowd at a blockbuster. Laughs at the funny moments, gasps at the big action set pieces. Nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Sound of Freedom 7/12 3:50PM 95% Full. Only a few seats in the front row. This was the most crowded I've ever seen a mid weekday show in the afternoon before. Trailers: Next Goal Wins Oppenheimer Problemista Priscilla Audible disgust and umcomfort at scenes in the beginning of the kids being groomed and live footage of the kidnappings. A few of the more light hearted moments got chuckles. Some old dude walked in all grumpy complaning about how his seat was too close and devoured his popcorn and drink loudly. Most of the crowd stayed for the special message from Jim Caviezel during the credits.

Regal Mystery Movie (Theater Camp) 7:00 PM 6/26 85% Full Trailers: Next Goal Wins Poor Things Barbie 2 people walked out within the first 10 minutes. Another 6 walked around around the hour mark. Good amount of laughs from the audience though. Certainly a niche movie, but most of our theater seemed to like it. Lots of people arrived late too. I'm talking up to half an hour after the movie started. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny 7:00 PM 6/29 Dolby Atmos 80% Full Trailers: Haunted Mansion Teenage Mutnant Ninja Turtles Oppenheimer Mission Impossible Not much of a reaction from the audience. There were some cheers when Sallah appeared. Otherwise, maybe 3 moments that got laughs from the audience. Everyone seemed bored

The Flash 6/21 6:00 PM 25 People. Trailers: Indiana Jones Oppenheimer Mission Impossible Blue Beetle Some laughs, but otherwise not much of a reaction. Most people didn't stay for the post credits scene. No Hard Feelings 6/22 4:00 PM 70% full. Good crowd for a matinee showing on a Thursday. Mix of adults and teens. Trailers: We only got a red band trailer for Strays. Unusual for Regal. There were a group of 3 teens who were laughing hard at every joke throughout the movie. Otherwise, there were some chuckles, but it was pretty quiet. Group of girls were getting up and playing on their phones the entire movie. Most of the audience didn't really seem into it was the vibe I got. Asteroid City 6/24 12:45 PM A little over half full. Trailers: Old Boy Re-release Poor Things Theater Camp (laughs) Barbie (laughs) There was a good amount of laughter for the first half hour or so. As the movie went on though less laughs from the jokes. It seemed like it started to lose people the more it went on. One older couple keep whisperoing to each other throughout the whole thing. Somebody was snoring during the last 20 minutes. Seemd like it got mixed reception from my audience.

You Hurt My Feelings 6/4 1:10 PM. 4 People. Trailers: Transformers A Huanting in Vience Theater Camp No Hard Feelings (Red Band) Past Lives Problemista Some chuckles. One woman walked out around an hour in. Movie was OK

Spider Man: Across The Spiderverse 3:30 PM Dolby Atmos Around 30-35% Full. Trailers: Ruby Gilman Migration Elemental Teenage Mutnant Ninja Turtles Decent amount of laughs at the comedic moments. Some whispering among people at certain references. Positive comments leaving. Many people seemed dissapointed there wasn't an end credits scene. The Machine 11:30 AM 10 people. Small theater Trailers: Indiana Jones The Equalizer 3 Oppenheimer Strays Only some chuckles during the first half, but as the movie went on there were more laughs from the audience. The bloody/gross out moments got the biggest reactions from the crowd. Seemed like the few people that were there were fans of Kreischer and familar with his podcast and stand up.

Fast X 5/21 2:45 PM 4DX. 70-75% Full Trailers: Transformers The Blackening Dune Part 2 Strays Five Nights at Freddys Indiana Jones (4DX) Oppenheimer (Played after 4DX trailers started but had no effects) Lots of people came in late. I'm talking like at least 15 people and some we're rolling in like 20 minutes into the movie. The audience was eating it up and seemed like everyone had seen all the previous movies and knew what to expect. I've seen plenty of movies in 4DX and this was by far the most intense so a lot of the effeccts got big reactions from everyone when they were at their most intense. There was lots of laughs at the more crazy action scenes and jokes. One guy would laugh hard and applaud at the more "unrealistic" moments.

Regal Mystery Movie (Kandahar) 5/16 7:00 80% Full Trailers: The Boogeyman Asteroid City Sight The Equalizer 3 Even with a pretty full audience there was almost no reaction at all during the movie. A lot of people getting up to use the bathroom about halfway through. 1 person walked out. When it ended it seemed like people for the most part thought it was alright?

Blackberry 5/13 12:15 PM 7 people. Small auditorium. Trailers: No Hard Feelings About My Father Past Lives Asteroid City Some chuckles throughout. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Fool's Paradise 5/14 10:55 Only person in the whole theater. Trailers: No Hard Feelings (Red Band) Strays (Red Band) The Flash About My Father Joyride (Red Band) I chuckled once or twice, but otherwise was pretty bored. Movie sucked.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. 5/4 7:00 PM Dolby Atmos 85% Full Trailers: Elemental Spider Man Across the Spiderverse The Marvels Oppenheimer Lots of laughs at the comedic comments. Quite a bit of sniffles at a couple scenes and at the end. Everyone stayed for the end credit scenes. Good flick!

Regal Monday Mystery Movie (Hypnotic) 7:00 PM 5/2 80% Full. Slightly larger crowd compared to the last couple mystery movies I've been to. Trailers: The Flash About My Father Oppenheimer The Machine The Boogeyman During the trailers some couple started arguing with two teens for sitting in their assigned seats. One person walked out when it was revealed the movie was Hypnotic. Some dude walked in during the first five minutes and dropped something in his seat and proceeded to turn on his flashlight to find it. Girl in front of me spent the whole movie texting on her phone. There was some unintentional laughter during the second half of the movie at a few scenes. older couple near me kept laughing and making snarky remarks. There were some chuckles when it ended, but at least half of the theater stayed all the way until the end of the credits. Heard a lot of people saying it was dumb on the way out, but a kid with his mom said it was awesome. Overall, the audience sucked and the movie also sucked.

Guy Ritchie's The Covenant 4/25 7:15 PM Small theater. 16 people. Trailers: Are You There God, It's Me Margret (chuckles) Polite Society The Boogeyman Talk To Me Two women keep whispering throughout a lot of the movie. Another woman behind me would always gasp anytime someone got killed. Laughs at a couple of moments. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Somewhere in Queens 4/26 4:20 PM. 3 People. Trailers: About My Dad Big George Foreman Indiana Jones Fast X The elederly woman sitting in front of me was laughing like it was the funniest movie she'd ever seen.
