For you people who's seen the movie: -
Ready Player One? More like Ready Player Fun amirite!? Nah, I enjoyed it quite a bit. Every single complaint before the movie about all the references and memberberries is like a joke when you actually see the movie, it's shockingly easy to just let most of it just fly passed you without even reacting to it. The only ones that you can't do that with, serve a larger function to the story and usually in a fairly clever way. There's very little cynicism, it's just an adventure movie.

Funny how the RT sank while the MetaScore rose from 62 to 65.

I KNOW RIGHT and now at 85% it takes 7 reviews to go up to 86% - oh wait that breaks the point you were making.

96 reviews and still maintaining that 84%, in fact just one away from 85%. It's fending off the rottens pretty damn well now.

The Spielburgers thing is the most bizarre thing, fucking look at all the Carl's Jr tweets, they tried to feed the man a burger on camera.

80 reviews now and once again 84%, certified fresh stamp incoming.

Back up to 83% again but this time with a 7.3/10 avg rating. It's becoming increasingly more difficult to predict where it'll end up lol.

Aww, and it was just one (day) fresh away from 84% (retirement).

83% 50/60, at this point The Post was 85% 51/60 so pretty damn close. They both even started out rotten and got a bunch of fresh reviews in a row.

A few more positives came in and the movie is up to 81% with a 7.2/10 avg rating.

With the exception of that leg, the posters for this have been really good. The only one that did the stupid floating heads thing still made it work really well.

4.1/5 and 4.25/5 from Ellis and Harloff respectively, that'll help the avg rating on RT once they get put up there.

Yeah it's looking like high 70s, I'd be surprised if it wasn't certified fresh.

lmao I feel my 4/5 post is becoming pretty damn accurate after a lot of these UK and Australia reviews.
