Not that impressed with those figures, they've added so many screens and this weekend overall was a flop, I expected it to rise above the 2 million mark and return to top 10

I never claimed that Kong the movie itself was "racist", I swear you guys are twisting my words to extent of complete absurdity. I said that people who only celebrated Brie's "beauty" (and let's be honest, she's only considered "beautiful" to make basic-looking average white women/men with no significant features to feel good about themselves and their bodies) were ignorant and problematic, especially when Jing is arguably the best-looking female that Asia as entire continent has currently to offer. I am not trying to dispute your claims, but a movie doesn't really need to have a great WoM in order to warrant theater boosts or to remain in theaters unnecessarily long. Halloween is a great example of movie that overstayed its welcome (mind you, that movie remained in theaters much longer than "Mama" and "Purge" despite not making even HALF their gross). Another 100%+ friday increase for "Get Out" which is positive, but will it be enough to overtake Lego's overall gross? it's slowly catching up but I feel like Universal will do anything in their power to cut its legs short.

Get Out is estimated to have 60% drop? despite every other movie having soft drops? I don't believe that for a second, unless it lost over 1,000 theathers.
