  2. I mean without spoilers this film clearly does have an antagonist even it's not an out and out villain like Scar or Jafar.
  3. The real culprits are the film journalists who keep bring Marvel up with directors and Scorsese up with MCU related folk. Like it's gotten way beyond the initial point Marty was trying to make (which btw now looking at what other directors have said he was nice about it).
  4. I think I liked it? The core of the movie with Neo and Trinity is nice and works mostly. I guess I just have problems with how the film does it as a Matrix sequel. Still I rather this as a conclusion compared to Revolutions so glad it got made.
  5. NWH is also the 3rd film of this series and with the main draw of this film be known to lots of people despite marketing some frontloadness was to be expected.
  6. If Endgame came out in this environment it would have had a much better chance of being nominated than No Way Home does. But I digress it's still unlikely either way.
  7. Huh didn't know we were questioning the popularity of Tennis. But that doesn't necessarily translate to interest in the Williams sisters story on film unfortunately.
  8. Merry Christmas everyone! Glad this place was a good constant over another crazy year
  9. That jump from TLJ on Christmas Day is when the first real alarm bells started to ring for the movie and subsequent franchise.
  10. NWH being nominated would again give another nomination to the true believer in Avi Arad. I guess Feige as well can tag along.
  11. Sony is also doing the smart thing by not trying to create a streaming service to compete with the others but licensing the rights to stream their movies to various streaming services and focusing on theatrical content.

  13. Loved the first one but second one was disappointing unfortunately and for GA retention it doesn't make sense to do this one before completing the trilogy. But I do believe a 3rd one will be made.
  14. I hardly watched movies in cinemas before 2012 but Yogi Bear was one of the few for some reason
  15. Weirdly i liked the footage more as a trailer even though its literally the exact same sizzle reel. Good teaser though clearly holding alot back. Will be interesting if they continue to do so in future marketing.
  16. Maybe when Flash goes back it messes with the timeline regarding the events of Man of Steel. Or Zod and Faora exist in Supergirl's world who seems to exist in Keaton's universe? Wouldn't be surprised if all the JL members had cameos except Cyborg ofc.
