    Well I still think Zimmer's best work in recent times has been with Nolan so it's a shame but yeah Ludwig is currently in great form so glad that partnership is continuing

    This trailer does a good job of marketing the movie as a conclusion and I do think general awareness that this is Craig's last movie is high. Maybe in the other trailers and TV spots it could have been pushed a bit more.

    Tangently related but the timing of the Obi-Wan and Anakin book being May would be perfect synergy if the Kenobi show is in May. Also interesting they're more and more opening up exploring the backstory of the sequel trilogy but that's a conversation for another time.

    With the COVID-19 delays I can imagine MI7 being well in excess of $200M for the budget

    Yeah I don't really need a 2nd season of Squid Game. Unless it was for completely different characters perhaps I wouldn't mind just to see how different types of characters react to different type of games.

    Chloe Zhao mentioned she wanted to explore a bit more moral ambiguity so I'll expect a bit more nuance as opposed to Eternals = good and Deviants = Bad

    I'd back Thor: Love and Thunder to challenge NWH on OW over Dr Strange: MoM. An original Avenger plus the GOTG showing up and the movie to kick off the 2022 Movie Summer.

    I have all 2022 MCU Films making over $1 Billion easily but might save that for a club later on. At this point being "the next installment" is a hook already. Regarding Venom 2 vs The Suicide Squad people really like Tom Hardy's Venom so a sequel will make sense but none of the Suicide Squad characters have that. Even Margo Robbie's Harley Quinn unfortunately isn't popular enough to fully carry a film.

    I love Goldeneye but yeah the score is the worst of the Bond films to date. Speaking of scores how is Zimmer's No Time To Die score?

    I could see ScarJo maybe appearing in flashbacks if they decide to do a Yelena Belova standalone project (whether movie or Disney+ show idk).

    Bond will endure for as long as cinema is relevant. Mission Impossible even though I think it's on form the best franchise at the moment quality wise will live and die by Tom Cruise alone.

    Glad to see the craziness of Venom continue in this film. Maybe Soný Spider-Man Universe will be something that I look forward to after all. Oh wait Morbius is the next installment....

    Good trailer I think like Moana they'll save showcasing the LMM songs for the later marketing to really show its a musical

    Some films can be just 2 hours and feel like a drag while others such as Titanic and Endgame I never feel the length at all. Runtime doesn't matter as much though I agree generally most blockbusters are too long.
