    It hasn’t been interesting since the shock and awe of Endgames 357m domestic / 1.2B worldwide opening. Marvel continues to be the only interesting follows as they’re the only ones capable of doing enormous numbers.

    The public knows less than nothing about this stuff. Their perception means nothing. it shouldn’t be important to you. It’s often as simple as finding a nice round number that looks good in a headline for them.

    Deadline at 55m for Friday and 110 for the OW. Perhaps basing internal multipliers on the 17.6 would be more reasonable than the 21.6 for this movie….

    Keep in context that the Justice League 7 are DCs biggest characters. Avengers were what? Maybe 4th most prominent marvel team. The roster was without its alpha in Spider-Man, and it’s two biggest after that in XMen and F4. You discount Endgame because you don’t want (or more accurately can’t) to argue against it. That’s just classic fanboy coping.

    Which is quite surprising that fans can’t find happiness in some absolutely beastly performances like Joker and Aquaman and great/good ones like WW and Shazam

    When someone starts throwing accusations of being biased when you are right on the spot with the numbers and the people that are throwing out the accusations are people who have 0 idea about tracking or BO trends and are literally just upset because they’re fanboys…I think it is entirely appropriate to respond. shutting down all convo about it is rather unfair.
