The reason for resignation of Edouard de Vessine is conflict of interest between Europacorp and the company owned by Edouard de Vessine "Incognita" But we all know that US interest are trying to infuence the media in order to diffuse fake News... the real purpose is that US investors wants to take control of the company and therefor lower the value of the shares.
