300-350 mil usd is still pretty much on the cards ?

That's what I anticipated in the last page as fans have hoarded all the tickets afap for the opening so you can expect low foot falls since the coming mid week and 2nd weekend gets buoyed by families and repeat business crowd.

I think that hike is pretty common for big blockbuster movie especially in Tier 1 city multiplexes , this isn't new or unheard of.

They don't have much competition and all the other viable competition is in their 3rd/2nd frame and IW has shows alloted on par on of the local movies from the big wigs. With just 2000 screen I'm being a bit apprehensive but seeing the pre-sales raking in at such fast pace It might do >$15mill in just 2.5 days and $17-$18 mill OW just might be a possibility.

Also need to see if just plays as a hype vehicle for fans and demand fizzles out after opening mid week or it plays as family movie taking advantage of the holiday frame , thanks to the pre-sales the families aiming walk up in the mid weekend would be limited which may provide extra mileage for the 2nd frame. Legs will determine whether its a Prem Ratan(129cr ow-207cr/$19 mil-$31 mil) or Padmavat(300cr/~$50 mill)

My city has added 2d shows now and they are filling up at fast pace which in turn has basically doubled the screen count here. (thank god, I might now be able to catch 2d Friday matinee now)

Nah if the previous 125cr inr OW post is anything to go by it can reach $30 Mill just by 2nd week. That projection is a very big if though and also every previous Avenger movies were like the Top hollywood grosser at there time and also online ticket booking have exponentially since 2015. Right now I'd say it does 2.5-3x fo whatever BP did
