Yes, this looks likely to me. Implied Weekend from 72 would be some 173-177, optimistic without buying Deadline’s mega-aggressive Numbers.

I’m realistically targeting about 950 DOM, 650 China, 1.4B OS-C for 2.9. As Gavin says, I think 3B is a more interesting stretch goal atm, can go back to talking about Avatar if legs start collapsing.

Yeah, really. BoxOfficeMojo does not handle exchange rate changes during the run correctly, unfortunately. Their territory subtotal are sometimes off a significant % when the ER changed a lot during the run, as is the case for IW China.

FWIW IW didn’t reach 1B OS-C, its actual grosses are 376 China and 993M OS-C. But yeah, OS-C might not need that high a % increase OS-C to beat Avatar with the way China and DOM are going, you and HotS are right about that.

Tues as % of weekend for IW 9.1%->32.46M for TA is 8.5%->30.43M I’d prefer Rth’s number of course, but doing well either way
