IO2 is first one to come out before release and say this wont come on D+ till 100 days at least.

I was thinking of $45M True FRI when the day started and that felt TOOO HIGH, so I didn't give it out and just went with here. Just wake up to possibility of $50M True FRI. WTF.

NWH was easy 6M admits with normal release. Think it released like 2-3 months delayed.

Minions - $12.1M (gross comp $13.5M) Somewhat better. Lightyear - $10.5M Elemental - $12M

Great finish. The actual gross probably $3.25M. Think should be enough to hit $12M even with Canada underindexing. MTC2 should hit $2.5M+ I feel.

In hindsight Frozen 2 was as good as a TV movie.

Minions penultimate day was taken a bit early, also IO2 penultimate day was reviewed. That said, IO2, if 210K, will have a 113K final day increase. That's amongst the highest we have had for previews.

At 7PM, 22306/76078 (322 showings) $270K. Will probably end the day at 26K+. That would normally we good for $16M for a MCU film, in case of IO2 probably $12M.

I will likely start doing CANMTC2 more often.

Yeah November previews are quite bad. Remember how poor was Frozen 2 previews and how insane was it’s Saturday.

How's the Mexican population in Sacto? I will just use Minions 2 and Pixar title, the latter can overindex in Sacto if too many Mexicans. Minions 2 be closer as well, especially with similar number it had. Any possibility of TS4 comp?

Let's see Moana 2 first, which is bigger than Frozen on Disney +.

Easy peasy 12.5M if it hit 225K. I don't think it can though. Right? Edit: Hmm. 205K won't be surprising I guess.

If MTC 1 hit 200K, MTC2 will likely be 190K type.

If rest of country did similar to MiniTC2, IO2 be looking at $15M+ previews, $45M+ FRI and $155M+ weekend It's mini Mexico in US.
