2.5x multiplier gets this to $335m. 3x multiplier gets it to $400m!
I'm thinking it'll do around $360m but $400m would be awesome.

That would be not that below true Friday (35.5). Wow.
And if that holds... above Suicide Squad's OW.

This looks like a 2000s comic book movie. I'm thinking a high 30s opening. If it does more then good for Sonyverse and theaters.
-
Aquaman should have premium screens. WB should move it to March and put Wonka in the summer.

Seem like 300m is becoming likely and likelier.
... it's pretty much 99% gonna pass 300m barring some disaster. I'm expecting $340m+.

It's weird WB just didn't make the estimate $130m, 30% drop on Sunday isn't that farfetched

Uncharted and Batman hit $100m on the same day lol. Good we have 2 so far this year
Edit: oops I guess Batman did hit $100m yesterday
-
So they're projecting 35% Sunday drop. Hopefully it ends up being $130m.

The first three trailers at my screening of Batman last night; Bob's Burgers, Cyrano (wtf it was literally playing in another auditorium) and then... Bob's Burgers again. Lol was bizarre, I'm guessing they played the wrong files but after we got Jurassic World and others

With a 46m Sat would need around 20% drop on Sunday to go for $140m weekend.
If that were to happen, 400m would be a possibility. Quite the change in narrative from previews lol

Very happy about that potential Saturday.

Well, NWH was at ~$303M through opening Friday. So if it played out as NWH has then we'd be looking at a worldwide final of.....
$700M.Hmm ok I guess let's see how totals look tomorrow. NWH had good holds WW but with China maybe 700s will be where Batman lands.
-
... idk what to compare this to but seems decent?

If I were DC I would be a bit concerned about kids not having interest in Batman. It's important for the future of the brand. My 12 year niece had absolutely no interest in seeing Batman but she went opening day for NWH. Do they have cartoons out?
The film isn't suited for kids at all (the opening alone) so I guess it's good young people aren't interested.

Turning Red opening next week could've made for a great weekend... smh

If The Batman has ok legs it'll end up in the 330s total that Aquaman, Joker and BvS ended up in. Pretty crazy if it ends up in that range too.

I'm surprised holdovers held pretty well. Nice to see.

50% drop from last Friday for Uncharted. Not bad.
19% drop for NWH... jesus

Wow, Dog still only dropped 35%. Wtf

Sunday drop is too big, with 40M SAT it will open with 129-130M
Yeah big openers usually have solid Sundays but I was just being conservative. I think $130m+ would be a good opening, hopefully it does it.

If that # sticks then $35.4m true Friday. Hopefully Saturday is $40m+.
Could see 57+40+29=126. That would be solid.

L o l if this ends up doing 135m+ after the meltdowns earlier

If NWH didn't collapse this past weekend then I don't see why it would these next 2 weekends. 800m should happen easily.
